It is affiliated with Boston Medical Center and Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Partners HealthCare in Boston, and led by a diverse Board of Directors, an experienced senior executive team, dedicated providers and nurse practitioners, and other staff members who represent the communities served. Through its annual Community Health Report Card developed in collaboration with the Research Office of the Boston Public Health Commission, MCHC tracks key health indicators and communicates health trends to the community. These data are used to redefine existing and initiate new community health improvement projects.
