The Oregon WIC Program has teamed up with the Oregon State University Extension Service to promote their website, FoodHero.org. This website offers healthy recipes and smart shopping tips with the mission of increasing fruit and vegetable consumption and encouraging family meals. WIC participants will learn about how Food Hero can help them plan and create tasty, healthy, affordable meals.
