- San Francisco, CA Conference on food deserts and food served at prisons.
- Boston, MA Celebrate at the Crowd Sourced Potluck or at one of the 35+ area restaurants promoting Food Day Massachusetts.
- Denver, CO The Denver Botanical Gardens host a conference with film screenings and food.
- Omaha, NE Food Day celebration with healthy breakfasts give-away to about 2,000 children.
- Providence, RI State will announce the formation of a food policy council.
- Chicago, IL Food-safety wheel in front of the John Hancock Building.
